Robin retired from Egon Zehnder in 2014 after a 20-year career where he was a senior partner. He worked on chairman, non-executive director, CEO, executive director and senior management searches for Fortune 500 and FTSE companies, government departments, private equity and venture capital portfolio companies around the world. His career began after reading Zoology at King’s College London when he attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He commissioned with 1st The Queen’s Dragoon Guards as a regular officer. After the Army he completed an MBA at London Business School. At LBS he was approached to help found OASiS, an IT and business process consultancy. He became the UK Managing Director and subsequently the UK Managing Director of Sybase Consulting after Sybase acquired OASiS. He was a non-executive director of Link Financial and Kingsley Capital and a board member of HM Revenue & Customs. He is a member of the advisory board of the Harambe Entrepreneur Alliance.

Casting Director (Theatre & Radio), Theatre Charities Production Director and Drama Tutor

After completing her degree in English and Drama at Exeter University and performing in fringe theatre, Michele began her career at the BBC in radio drama with the renowned director Jane Morgan working with actors such as Sir Robert Stephens, Brenda Blethyn and Sir Ian Holm, later becoming a script reader and director. She joined the Royal National Theatre as a casting director involved with productions by leading directors Sir Peter Hall, Howard Davies and Sir Alan Ayckbourn. She became fulltime casting director to Sir Alan Ayckbourn casting leading actors such as Sir Michael Gambon, Joanna Lumley and David Harewood.  Michele teaches drama and is involved in regional theatre fund raising.  She produced a very successful event for the Exeter Northcott Theatre in 2014 which featured performances by Mark Rylance, Imogen Stubbs and Dame Hilary Mantel. 

Janey Fothergill

Casting Director (Film, Theatre & TV) and Drama Tutor

Janey is a very successful film, TV and theatre casting director. She worked at The Royal National Theatre casting productions for Sir Peter Hall, Sir Richard Eyre, Sir David Hare and Sir Alan Ayckbourn. She became an independent casting director working on many award-winning productions with Lord Julian Fellowes, Kevin Spacey, Rowan Atkinson, Joe Wright and Tom Hooper. Janey gives talks and advice to students at major drama schools including RADA and Guildhall School of Music.

Tambo Salvwe

Theatre Director, Scriptwriter and Choir leader

Tambo combines leading the Flourish Drama Company with advising senior executives on communication skills for companies such as Shell, Microsoft, KPMG and the Ministry of Defence. He created Roots, the creative arts showcase for the annual Black History Month Festival in Leicester. Tambo’s TV appearances include Blue Peter, ITV, Sky News and various TV music shows. He leads large choirs in the UK, USA and Africa.

Holly began her career as a child actress in the iconic children TV series Byker Grove and went on to train at East 15 Drama School. She now works across all areas of performance, from acting to presenting. She was signed to Sony UK as a singer and has appeared many times on music shows such as Top of the Pops. She is known for her appearances on Casualty, The Bill and Doctors. She has also presented on BBC CBEEBIES and ITV.

Award-winning actor Felicity is best known for her film roles in Bridget Jones’s Diary, Doc Martin, the Alan Partridge films and Dad’s Army the Movie.  She has appeared extensively in film, television, radio and theatre, working with Sir Michael Gambon, Sir Kenneth Branagh, Dame Diana Rigg, Penelope Wilton, Sheila Hancock, Miranda Richardson and Rowan Atkinson.

Adam Batchelor

Adam Batchelor

Film Director

Adam has a BA 1st Class Honours in Digital Film Production and a Masters in Directing from the National Film & Television School where he was the David Lean scholar. He won best student film at the International Film Festival, London and at the BUFVC Screen Awards. He works in feature film and TV productions as a first assistant director, as a cinematographer for fashion shoots and as videographer for corporate promotional films.
